SAHEB NASSAGH, Kiawasch: 

  Born in Tehran (1968). Studied the Piano with A. Haraturian, F. Behboud & H. Shahsa and the Music Theory with S. Lotfi, M. Darvishi, M. Rohani and A. Mashayekhi. He began composing at the age of 18. Since 1994, Kiawasch has been enrolled, studying composition and theory under the instruction of Professor Beat Furrer in Graz. In 2002 he graduated from the University of Music and Dramatic Arts Graz-Austria (M.A. in Musical Composition). Kiawasch is now passing his advanced studies (Ph.D.) in Electronic Music and Ethnomusicology, Institute of Electronic Music and Acoustics in Graz.
